The short version
I treat this site like a product I own, which means I measure whether it works. Two tools run here and both are disclosed below. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising, and there is no advertising on this site.
Session recording is active. Your interactions with the pages — scrolling, clicks, cursor movement — may be recorded and played back so I can see whether the case studies are readable. If you would rather not be recorded, the opt-out is at the bottom of this page and it takes one click.
The two tools

Neither receives your name or email unless you send me one yourself, by writing to me.
Tagged links
Some links I send out have a path on the end — /hi/example —
so I can tell which conversation a visit came from. It identifies the
link, not you: anyone opening that same link looks identical to me,
and forwarding it does not tell me who forwarded it.
Strip everything after the domain if you would rather it not register.
What I don't do
- No advertising, ad networks, or retargeting pixels.
- There is nothing to sell here.
- No data sold or shared with third parties.
- Beyond the two processors named above, which hold it on my behalf.
- No bringing it up.
- If we end up in a conversation, I am not going to reference what you looked at or how long you spent. Measuring whether a page works and using it on the person reading it are different things, and only the first one is why this is here.
Opting out
Any of these works, and none of them breaks the site.
- Microsoft Clarity opt-out.
- clarity.microsoft.com/opt-out — one click, applies across every site using Clarity.
- Send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
- Most browsers have this in privacy settings, or via an extension.
- Block the scripts.
- Any content blocker stops both tools. Every page still works — nothing on this site depends on analytics loading.
- Ask me to delete a recording.
